In the next 5 years, Xinjiang will build a super oil and gas production area

 In China's northwestern frontier, there is such an energy treasure house: It contains one-third of my country's land-based oil and gas resources, which can be called a large "treasure basin"; it is the gas source for the West-East Gas Pipeline, and is a great source of national economic development. It supplies the necessary energy; the strategic location here is extremely important. It is the gateway for China to open to the west and the first gateway for Central Asian natural gas to enter China.

This is Xinjiang, an important strategic base for my country's energy resources. It continuously supplies oil and gas resources to the central and eastern regions, benefiting hundreds of millions of people and providing stable support for economic and social development.

Recently, Xinjiang announced its petroleum industry development goals for the next five years: By 2025, Xinjiang's oil and gas equivalent production will reach 70 million tons!
